Launched in 2016 and jointly led by The Culinary Institute of America and Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health – Department of Nutrition, the Teaching Kitchen Collaborative (TKC) is an invitational network of thought leading organizations using teaching kitchen facilities as catalysts of enhanced personal and public health across medical, corporate, school, and community settings.

Member Spotlight

In September 2016, Turner Farm, Cincinnati’s largest organic farm, and non-profit educational organization, celebrated the grand opening of its state-of-the-art teaching kitchen, which was built in consultation with The Culinary Institute of America. The Turner Farm Teaching Kitchen will be used for community classes and by the University of Cincinnati Center for Integrative Health and Wellness to teach medical students and other health professionals valuable nutrition information, culinary skills and self-care practices.
