Teaching Kitchen Collaborative

Advancing personal and public health through culinary literacy and integrative lifestyle transformation.

Launched in 2016, the Teaching Kitchen Collaborative (TKC) is an invitational network of thought leading organizations using teaching kitchen facilities as catalysts of enhanced personal and public health across medical, corporate, school, and community settings.

2020 Teaching Kitchen Research Conference

Sharing, collaborating, and co-creating were the unmistakable themes at the inaugural Teaching Kitchen Collaborative Research Day on Wednesday February 7, 2018 in Napa, CA, where a mix of over 100 physicians, healthcare professionals, students, and researchers gathered to learn about, and discuss experiences related to teaching kitchens, and their potential to impact the behaviors, health outcomes, quality of life, and costs of care for a range of populations.

The 2020 Teaching Kitchen Research Conference is accepting abstracts through January 15, 2020.
